Have an idea for a new product or a reinvention of an existing one?
Calling local Inventors and Innovators
Invention and innovation are closely linked steps in a process that can turn a unique idea into an everyday product or develop a new and different use for an existing product or service.
South Eastern Regional College (SERC) are well positioned to play a supportive role in the process through offering access to their extensive resources (over 1055 expert staff and a wide range of modern technology) and facilitating links between individuals, businesses and support programmes. SERC will be hosting a series of evenings for local Inventors and Innovators or, for anyone interested in taking forward a business idea, to learn about the experiences of others and find out more about support available locally.
Also on hand at these events, to provide information on patent and other support available to inventors and innovators, will be representatives from Invest NI’s Regional Development Offices and IP specialists, Forde Campbell.
